My husband, our son and I really enjoyed our stay here!! Was relaxed atmosphere and fantastic location near peer and steps away from the beach! Our son was able to surf in the morning before working online during the day. We enjoyed having coffee on rooftop deck in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening. We lucked out and also got to see satellite launch from Kennedy Space Center! Space was accommodating for us. If all adults, 4 would be comfortable max for this unit. A one person kitchen, hopefully they’ll upgrade it. Master bed is high and foam: not our favorite, but was ok for a week. Having beach chairs, umbrella, etc was very nice! Was most impressed with Kelsy! She responded quickly, was professional, accommodating, cheerful and just great gal!!! Big reason we would rent from stayatcocoabeach again!
