Chateau by the Sea 102 is the perfect place to get away and relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also ONLY a queen air mattress available for the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.
You are only steps away from the beach in this unit. The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

We loved staying here. The location is perfect if you’re cruising from Port Canaveral. It was clean, spacious and right on the beach. The communication from the management team was excellent. We’ve already booked a stay here for next year. Highly recommend Chateau by the Sea.

Loved roof top, watching sunrise was fantastic! Furniture was wore out, very uncomfortable, ( couch, chair, & bed).
Place was very clean, bathrooms need updated, unsafe for handicapped people. Only communicated by instant messages to management. We did meet maintenance man James, & he took my husband to safe place to fish on his off day. We can’t say enough to compliment James!
