Easy access to a quiet beach with plenty of space. The condo was well appointed with all the needed items to enjoy our stay. This unit could easily support a family of 4 or 5 and the location was great for exploring cocoa village, Merritt island, and cocoa beach.

We were in the area with 2 of our teenagers for college visits and stayed in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect for us and the property met all our needs with the pool and beach access. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck and got to see a rocket launch which was an added bonus!

Great location, right on the ocean! Superbly updated; the owners balanced well a trendy, modern atmosphere with a homey feel. They were friendly, responded kindly and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is small, but efficient. What would have been helpful would be to have for example, coffee filters and salt on hand as this is something larger families tend to forget to bring. Otherwise, a lot of necessities were there.The pool is quite small and especially during the pandemic, it was hard to enjoy it with distance in mind, if even only a handful more people were in it. Overall, great place to escape the hassle of daily life. I would highly recommend this place.
