Great stay! Loved the convenience of the pool side room, especially with children. The pool was smaller but never too busy, which was surprising given the number of units in the building. Beach chairs were always available. Condo itself had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool, including boogie boards, chairs, and cooler. Also enjoyed access to shuffle board and bags, we didn’t use the grilling area but it appeared clean and some basic supplies were available.The condo itself could use a deep clean, and we didn’t love the bed, it was very high and too soft and sloped / dented in from years of use. Also suggested blackout curtains since the light from the common area is on all night and outside the bedroom window, causing the bedroom not to get dark. Management staff was very nice. Easy check-in and out. Location was great, convenient location by pier and grocery and restaurants. Will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach again, we enjoyed the stay very much!

Stayed with the family for a week during spring break and we had a great time. The beach is so close and the property has a nice pool as well. Everyone is very nice and everything is very clean. Great location and close to everything. We’d definitely recommend and we’d definitely go back.

Great location! Just steps to the pool and the beach! The condo was clean and comfortable, AC really cranked ot cold air after the hot days on the beach. Only negative things I can say about the place were the couch was little dirty and uncomfortable. But I wasn't there to lay around so it wasn't a big deal. Also the bathrooms were a little small but was nice to have 2. Overall great place to stay and owner responded right away when needed. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
