Inside, you'll find a relaxed beach-style layout designed for easy living and gathering after a day on the sand. Step outside to enjoy outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for unwinding in the coastal evening air. Beach essentials are provided, including towels, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs to make your days by the ocean effortless. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, along with parking for 1 car in a garage space and 1 uncovered spot. Things to know: An active Ring surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointed outward for exterior monitoring. No A/C or heat, we will provide fans and heaters.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Clean, beautiful view and very close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park and other local gems. The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment and small appliances needed for cooking or baking (and close enough to delicious restaurants if cooking is not on the vaca agenda)! The host was very responsive to all my inquiries and made sure we were well taken care of too.

We did not have internet or TV for 2 days. I'm not sure why the property manager waited almost one full day before calling tech support to come look at it. I was also told the company manger was going to call me about this but never did. The kitchen was not stocked at all. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and never once didn't have at least salt and pepper.
