This spacious townhouse is a wonderful retreat for families and groups looking for a fun filled getaway by the beach in sunny San Diego. This property is centrally located in the most exceptional part of San Diego. Walk out the front door and you are less than one block to the ocean or head the other direction and within a block you can dip your toes in the bay and paddle board. Steps away from Belmont Park and restaurants!

Home offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beachy-chic themed, large flat screen TVs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. are offered for your convenience. RARE to have a 2 car garage and NOT tandem!

The townhouse features ocean views from the kitchen, light & bright open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counters & stainless steal appliances, warm carpet, new windows w/ plantation blinds, a wet bar, spacious master suite with an attached bathroom & balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a Jack and Jill full sized bathroom, one room with a King sized bed and the other with a Queen. A gorgeous 3rd story living room and kitchen is plenty of space for the family to relax and enjoy the long Summer nights. The L-Sectional "Lazy Boy" leather couch pulls out for additional sleeping. Step out on to the beach where you can surf, swim, boogie board, sun bathe or take romantic walks along the shore. Walk to nearby Belmont Park which touts a variety of theme park rides and the Big Dipper roller coaster. This is close to several rental companies for bikes, boogie boards, parasailing, jet skiing and sport fishing. My family and I stayed here, it was so beautiful and spacious. It had a great view from the kitchen and so close to the beach! The two car garage was so helpful with parking. Kitchen was fully stocked and had huge windows. Some minor things but overall perfect! Would absolutely love to come again!

This was a golden goose of a property. It was a wonderful stay and accommodated our family vacation really well. Not only is the location just the best, it has parking!! The bed in room we stayed it was ridiculously comfortable. The house had all the necessary amenities and tons of beach equipment. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this place. There was plenty of space for a mom and 5 teenagers. The decor and furniture made it warm and comfortable. Great kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals all week. The location was ideal, one house away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the kitchen table. A short walk to Belmont Park, and we loved eating at Kojack’s and the gelato place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We loved the proximity to the beach, yet quieter ambiance. Furnishings, supplies and beach gadgets were all enough for family of 8. We loved the garage and parking flexibility. The only minus is non existing balcony but we knew that when we booked. The place would be extra amazing if there would be a roof top. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you!

All about location. Steps from the beach, a block from shops and restaurants, perfect. Place was clean and as listed. Check-in was easy. Garage is amazing to have but tight. Two mid-size SUV's fit, but anything larger would be tricky. Street parking can be far from unit. No AC other than floor unit in living area. The weather was perfect and we did not miss it, but be aware. Large ceiling fans are in each bedroom, and you get the ocean breeze on the west side bedrooms. Communication with management was quick and helpful. Wish balcony was larger to be able to sit out on with family, but now just nit-picking. 10/10 would stay again.

My husband & I gifted our 2 kid’s & granddaughter with a trip to San Diego for Christmas. They both had items on their bucket lists that we worked on. The location was perfect for us. Once we parked after visiting the zoo or other attractions we walked to places to eat & the beach. Belmont Park was an added plus on Friday night. The condo was very clean & had every thing that we needed to be comfortable. I never needed to call the owners because everything was communicated before I arrived & I never needed anything from him. I would consider that a successful trip. Thank you very much for sharing your adorable piece of sunshine. We will be coming back.

Pro's: - 30 secs from Mission Beach and boardwalk as well as Belmont Park entertainment - Easy to walk to lots of local restaurants - Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms was very convenient - Lots of living space in upstairs - Bar fridge was nice, would have been utilized more without kiddos - Check-in info was a breeze - Communication with owners was easy - Check-out expectations were very reasonable with $225 cleaning fee, "just take out trash and maids will do the rest" - Keypad lock made it super easy to keep everything secure for in and out - Available washer and dryer was great - Garage parking was great - Big kitchen for when we ate in - Exterior light was helpful for early AM and evenings Con's: - Floors, bathrooms, and showers could have been cleaner (easy fix) - Entrance/exit is right on alleyway, and lots of late-night passers by (not much they can do about that).

We rented this home for our family during the holidays. It was a great location and you could literally see the beach from the window. It was also stocked with most of our family’s needs ranging from both the kitchen to the bathroom supplies. Our vehicle was too big for the garage; however, we were able to park just outside of the garage inside of the red line. Totally clutch given parking is difficult/expensive in the area. The only rub would be the issues with the electricity in one of the rooms as well as the broken dryer. We packed with the intention to wash our clothes and weren’t able to do so at the property. Daniel, however, was super apologetic and offered to remedy the issue by taking our laundry for drying. He was also really accessible and responsive to the electrical issue. I would recommend and personallystay here again because it really was a comfortable place that is set in an amazing location.

The fact we could open the kitchen window and hear the waves breaking was incredible! And even with that, being that close to the beach, there wasn't that much more noise. The house was comfortable and well maintained. There were 6 of us and we had enough room at the end of the day to decompress and spend time to ourselves but still be close enough to be together on vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked and had more than enough supplies and cooking utensils. The linens were clean. I am keeping this house saved for next time as well. Within walking distance of the beach while still feeling separate from the major crowds. Also within a very short drive to the big attractions and the airport.

The property was in a great location to the beach and Belmont park. The garage was also a plus. Furniture can be updated and another air cooler for the bedroom with the master bed could have been super helpful. I kid you not, I literally seen a half empty can of soda move by itself an entire foot on the counter top in the kitchen. My older son told my younger son about it the next day and witnessed another can that was full move as well. For the price and location of the rental I couldn't beat it, but for what I seen and lack of A/C in the room with the king bed, I will not be returning

Nice to have the beach and boardwalk just 1 house away. Lots of beach things in the garage for our use. A great beach getaway.

Overall experience was great! Our host Daniel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. One of the garage of the garage door springs broke at the beginning of the week and Daniel was quick to respond to have it repaired. We came in late at night and had no issues finding the beach house. There was more than enough room for our family of 6 with enough room for more people. The kitchen was perfect with lots of space and well stocked with necessities for meal prep. There was a nice view to the ocean between two houses from the kitchen window. The bedrooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. We left the window of the master bedroom open all night and listened to the sound of the crashing waves as we fell asleep. It was great! There were boogie boards, a couple of surf boards, lots of toys for kids to play in the sand, a couple of beach chairs and shades to be well equipped to enjoy the beach. Very much looking to do this again as a family Ave inviting others to come along! Thanks again Daniel for being a great host!

The price was fair, the location was fantastic, and the property was great! We loved the proximity to the beach. The house was really well equipped and decorated beachy casual. With 2 little kids, it was a relief to not have fancy furnishings or items that could be easily broken. We had an amazing and relaxing respite from the Arizona heat, and we can’t wait to rent this place again next summer!

This property was the perfect location in Mission Beach area. Everything was within walking distance, the beach was a stones throw away and the home was perfect for families. It was spacious and well equipped with everything we would have needed with day to day activities. Beach supplies in the garage were a huge bonus for our family, thanks! Hosts were friendly and attentive to needs. Will definitely return if we visit the area in the future!

I gave this 5 stars for the location and size of the condo, but while the interior was comfortable, do not expect 5 stars for it. We did miss having a balcony or patio to sit outside on. There is a snippet of a view of the ocean from the kitchen table… The condo was really handy for walking just a half block to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was a great family vacation spot overall.

We would stay here again for sure.Make sure the fridge has been fixed/replaced before you book.Practice your parking skills before going.
