A Beach Paradise is an oasis right on Mission Beach and awaits your arrival. With traquill settings and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, you will feel so relaxed and ready to unwind, have fun and enjoy all the ammenities that Mission Beach has to offer. This condo is on the 2nd floor with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The amazing qualities is that it's just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Walk down a few steps and out the front door and you're on the beach. This condo sits right on the boardwalk and has it's own private balcony for you to sit out and enjoy people watching, surfers, and even our friendly dolphins that ride the waves right in front of you. If you fancy a walk to the bay it's just right across the blvd where you can also see the fireworks from Sea World ( Pending yearly, but have been offered lately) Enojoy the World Famous San Diego Zoo. There is even a small amusement park with roller coaster, and many new rides for the entire family to enjoy. Meanwhile, you do have all the luxuries of home, including a full size washer/dryer, Beach chairs and umbrella too. There are two private off street parking spaces as well.
There is a common area on the first floor to sit and relax and watch the sunset. Call today and let your dream vacation begin.

The location of the Beach House can’t be beat. It was amazing to wake up to the ocean and have all the people watching just outside on the boardwalk. I can’t say enough amazing things about Cindy the property manager. She was an absolute pleasure to work with an exceptionally available Via text. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be dealt with while we were there, like the shower in the master bedroom not working properly, which was a minimal deal since there were two bathrooms. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

First off the managers communication was great. But the condo was not in great shape. It had rust everywhere inside and out. It was not what I was expecting for a 9.8 star rating. Its a good location and its ok but know in advance its not great.

Hello! Our host was great to communicate with and was prompt to respond. The only feedback I have is for the faucet handles to be fixed as they are extremely difficult to turn on in the master bathroom; there was also some pretty banged up chairs and pillows in the house that definitely could be upgraded and replaced. Everything else was great and we would stay there again.

What a great location!! Easy walk to Belmont Park, restaurants, bike and wet suit rentals, shops and markets. Fun to people watch on the balcony, we saw a lot of dolphins and surfers from the condo also! Kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were a big bonus, plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Great communication with the host!! (The only thing I recommend is grabbing some toilet paper from the store, we had 4 rolls for 5 people for 4.5 days)

Extremely convenient and fun location right on the beach close to food/shopping/fun. Super enjoyed the view and people watching from the private patio as well as the common area table and chairs. Living room views of the ocean were great as well! Check-in was easy and parking for our large Tundra truck was a perfect bonus! We had everything we needed and then some. We hope to return! The property did not live up to the pictures on the web site. It was not well maintained. Rust was on all the window sills. The windows facing the ocean were not even clean. You come to mission bay to see the ocean when you have an ocean view unit. The outside chairs and table were overly worn. A new coat of paint or varnish would have really helped. Cindy was fantastic, great communication she was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this property for a vacation spot, everything was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time people watching the people going to Santacon, also had a wonderful dinner at Eddie V’s which is also close by! Cindy the manager is awesome and always has her phone on.

This place is a seaside paradise. The view and sounds of the ocean rate at least 10 stars! The location is conveniently located with the beach at your front door, a large park a couple of blocks away for walking your dog or having a picnic on the grass, a short walk for a quick bite or a few drinks, or easy access to major roads to take you to other areas of San Diego. The condo is large and has a good floor plan. It was very clean when we arrived and everything we needed was provided. The views from the living room and balcony are fantastic. The two bedrooms are large and have comfortable beds. One very good feature, particularly if you have six people in your group, is that this unit has an on-demand water heater which provides an unlimited supply of hot water! You will never run out of hot water; the only inconvenience is that it might have to wait up to two minutes for it to reach the faucet if it has not been run for awhile. Parking for this unit is very convenient. You have a dedicated off-street pull-though parking space large enough for a large min-van or even a pickup; being pull-though is great because the street that runs behind the building is one-way. For loading and unloading your vehicle, there is a garage area on the first floor of the building that you can pull into for a short time. Cindy, the property host, was easily available and quick to respond to our every need. The only reason for not giving five stars for our stay was that there were a few minor maintenance items that had not been taken care of between rentals; I have communicated these to Cindy, and I am confident that they will be taken care of at the first opportunity.

The pictures don't lie, this place has a great view of the ocean and easy access to stuff to do in Mission Beach (especially the beach itself!) It was also very clean and comfortable, with the strongest shower water pressure I've ever seen in a rental lol. Plus, the property manager was amazingly responsive. She gave us a call the day of check in to let us know when cleaning would be done, and when we came back to the unit one day to find someone else parked in our assigned spot, she helped us fix the issue immediately. Great relaxing vacation, thank you!

This propertys location was great, steps from the sand, and easy parking. Cindy was great and provided us with anything that we needed. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and had everything we needed for our family vacation. I would rent again!

The location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, condo was nice inside. We did have to clean the floors when we got there. Swept up at least 3 full cups of sand. Little disappointed that we had to do this since a charge of $200 cleaning was included in our rental price. Other than that we were happy with the condo.
