Inside, you'll find a relaxed beach-style layout designed for easy living and gathering after a day on the sand. Step outside to enjoy outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for unwinding in the coastal evening air. Beach essentials are provided, including towels, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs to make your days by the ocean effortless. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, along with parking for 1 car in a garage space and 1 uncovered spot. Things to know: An active Ring surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointed outward for exterior monitoring. No A/C or heat, we will provide fans and heaters.

You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

The unit is at a corner location with off street parking (a real bonus!). The living spaces are nice and comfortable and the patio has ample seating with a fire pit.
The 2 bedrooms are set up more for a family and we had 2 couples so one room had cramped quarters.
Overall nice place to stay.

NOTE: strict HOA rules state NO MUSIC PROPERTY. If you pictured yourself relaxing on the beach front patio enjoying some tunes this is not the place. This absolutely should be made transparent in the unit description
Master bed is incredibly soft. Tons of dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. Otherwise the place was clean. Location and patio are amazing as long as you don’t want to play music.
