A spacious and comfortable house with an exceptional view. Very friendly and pleasant hosts. The house has everything you need. It was very clean. We will be happy to come back again. Anastasia's house is one of our best booking finds so far.

Everything is much more beautiful and stylish than on the pictures in booking. Stunning views from both huge terraces. Absolutely everything needed was at our disposal...

A little bit stiff mattresses and bathroom doors could not close, but that could not be a complaint and all the beauty and comfort in the villa outweighs it....

Excellent location for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent location, great panorama over the bay. Anastasia is a wonderful host full of useful information should anyone ask. The villa has huge terraces that were a great bonus to relax in the evening watching the sea or in between sunbathing on the beach. The beach in front of the villa is narrow but 50m further is large, with sunbeds and sandy. This is an excellent quiet location to relax.

Furniture in the bedrooms is a bit old but since we only used them for sleep during the night this was barely noticeable. Few more chairs and bigger tables on the terraces would have been nicer. Maybe amplified by this covid year there is little to do in Nea Karvali other than take advantage of the sea and beach and there are only two average tavernas on the beach but we traveled by car and Kavala is very near - for dinners, shop or fun.

Lovely house by the sea in a peaceful village

The house has every possible thing that you might need. We also found dish and cloth detergents, salt, four, pasta, etc. The owner provided us with some bread, eggs, butter, cheese and meat so we would have something to eat in our first day there. The beach close to the property is close by, and is semi-wild. You can find the occasional locals enjoying the sea. Just a bit further, there are a few organised beaches, with free sunbeds (if you consume something from the bar). There are 2 taverns near by, and a few bars. The shops are at about 15 minutes waking distance from the house - there are not a lot of fresh products in the area, but you can buy fresh bread and such, from bakeries.

The mattress was very hard in the first floor room. The AC didn't work in the first floor room (luckily it wasn't to hot so we didn't have to use it, and even forgot about it's existence). Most of the doors were difficult to close, probably due to humidity. Some of the cable work was visible, but this is only an aesthetic thing.

Spacious family villa next to the water

We had the most comfortable vacation having the the two floors of the villa for use - big spacious living room and two great terraces overlooking the sea. We were warmly greeted by our host Anastasia and we were also treated with gifts just because we were there as her guests. She is sweet and helpful! And the best thing about the villa is the location - at the edge of the village, just over the sea. I definitely recommend staying in Anastasia’s house.

This is not a problem concerning only the villa but the village and the area as a whole. There’s a fertilizer plan nearby that is lowering the air quality sometimes when the wind shifts. Apart from this there isn’t anything else negative.

Locul in care uiti de timp

Lumea cauta insule....liniste....dar aici am gasit liniștea marii,nisipul cald,cel.mai frumos view al marii,casa primitoare cu tot confortul si oameni minunați Un loc in care uiti de timp,un loc in care gasesti ceea ce doresti,taverne,magazine, liniste,plaja calda,apa lina Un loc in care apusul si rasaritul te fascinea,a de pe minunata terasa,de unde jmarea iti zâmbește Daca doresti un sejur in care sa te reincarci,aici la Casa di Anastisia ,vei gasi ceea ce iti trebuie Mulțumim proprietsrilor pentru amabilitatea si respectul fata de musafiri! O sa nr întoarcem cu drag!

Aproape perfect.

Loc minunat pentru o vacanță cu familia! Check-in extrem de uşor, comunicare excelentă cu gazdele. O primire călduroasă, cu gem de casă, miere, o sticlă de vin şi gustări. Tot ce ai nevoie este acolo, inclusiv cafea, ceai, condimente, inclusiv ustensile pentru gătit, articole de toaletă, etc. Terasă panoramică mare și grozavă.

Paturile sar putea de o calitate mai buna. Lipsa apa calda dimineata.

Great place to stay!

Изключително лесно настаняване, отлична комуникация с домакините. Повече от топло посрещане с домашно сладко, бутилка вино и неща за хапване. Всичко необходимо е налице, включително кафе, чай, подправки, санитария и т.н. Страхотна панорамна голяма тераса.

Прекрасно спокойно селце, много подходящо за семеини почивки.

Апартамента е голям, бяхме две семейства и беше удобно за всички. Имаше всичко необходимо като посуда за да приготвим всякакви ястия. Плажа беше хубав и буквално пред вратата. Хазяите бяха много любезни и отзивчиви.

Докато бяхме сами във вилата нямаше проблем, но когато се настаниха гости на горния етаж не стигаше топлата вода за всички и се налагаше някой от последните да се къпят със студена, но в тази жега не беше проблем.
