The apartments are located in a new building within a beautiful residential complex featuring four-story buildings. The accommodations are in the center of Świnoujście, right next to the German UBB subway. The location offers numerous shopping and dining options, such as Biedronka, Lidl, a pizzeria, cafés, and McDonald’s. There is also a climbing park, an amphitheater, and tennis courts in the surrounding area.
The Platan Tower residential complex features a Thai massage studio. The beach is not far away—about a 15-minute walk. The complex is equipped with facilities for people with disabilities. There is also a children’s playground and an outdoor fitness center on the grounds.
All apartments are comfortable and spacious and feature a fully equipped kitchenette. Parking spaces are not provided. Bed linens and towels are provided. Bicycle racks are available for guests outside.
Breakfast: Café Gelati La Stella offers a 10% discount on the breakfast menu. Breakfast hours: 9:00 - 12:00. Vouchers are available at the local office.

Nearby attractions include a climbing park, an amphitheater, and tennis courts. Świnoujście is a coastal city with many beaches, parks, and walking paths that invite you to be active and relax.


The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.

In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by picking up the keys from a key box. The code will be available in Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.

If you encounter any problems, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
- The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

- The release of the deposit held on the card depends on the bank where the customer holds their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.

- Tourist tax (currently 6.38 PLN per night per person).

- The apartment has an underground parking garage, which is available for an additional fee.

- Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment.

- The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.

Cancellation Policy:
The following fees apply in the event of a cancellation:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount
Otherwise, 90% of the total booking amount.
