Welcome to Creekside 61! Kick back in the shaded yard and soak in the sounds of the nearby creek at this cozy Moab retreat. Located just one block from Main Street, you’ll be steps from local shops, cafés, and restaurants while still enjoying a peaceful, wooded setting with mountain views. Inside, rustic-chic details like wood-beamed ceilings and hardwood floors meet modern comforts, including a sparkling full kitchen with stainless appliances and comfy suede sofas for evening relaxation. After a day of exploring Arches, Canyonlands, or Sand Flats, unwind in the shared hot tub onsite.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

the place was clean, would have liked matching lids for pots and pans, microwave was not available it was on the floor, more silverware would have been nice

We have stayed at Creekside at Moab many times and keep returning because we like it so much. With 2 exceptions, it lived up to our expectations. The first disappointment was that there was no working microwave and the second was that the disinfectant smell was overwhelmingly strong when we arrived and when it finally wore off there was a disturbing mustiness which meant our daughter, who has mold allergies, couldn't visit us there. We were able to work around these issues but getting a working microwave and perhaps purchasing an air purifier would be my suggestions.

Stayed with our 3 young kids and they loved the outside areas, including the creek. The location was great for exploring the town, close to lots of restaurants and shops. It’s notable that the outdoor amenities (hot tub, deck, laundry) are shared, which was fine for us, but the couples there for romantic getaways probably didn’t love having our kids running around. Also notable is that there’s 2 showers but no bathtub; with little kids, this is not ideal for getting them clean but fine for anyone else. The dishwasher is functional but hard to use because the bottom shelf is broken and the buttons worn off so it’s trial and error to figure out how to actually use it. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean.

We stayed 8 days in March. It’s an excellent location for both walking to local restaurants & downtown Moab attractions as well as convenient driving distance to Arches and local hiking, biking and paddling. The house sits on Mill Creek which is the beginning of the bike lane and trail that goes 13 miles out 191 and connects to many trails. The house is well appointed and clean - couldn’t have been better. The Hot tub overlooking the creek was welcome treat for sore muscles at the end of an active day.
