About this house rental

Hello! We are a Dentist and Veterinarian couple with a four bedroom, two bathroom upper level apartment (one other unit below) in a lovely brick house steps from Kingston General Hospital, Queen's, University, the Pier, Downtown! We are moving to TO for work and will have a vacant unit available from December 1 st - April 30th, 2025. (We could consider someone sooner if they do not mind shared accommodation.) Wood floors, no carpet. Portable A/C. Private bathroom, shared kitchen (though not furnished). Recent private balcony space.

Look on Google maps, the location is unbeatable-- 600meters from the Pier, minutes from Queen's. less than 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to KGH!
