Nice location, very friendly host. Bus to downtown Kingston

Spacious and very quiet. Everything O needed was there. The parking instructions were very good.

Nothing…. I like it a lot

Bright, nicely decorated, large room with fridge and private bathroom. Fluffy towels, large closets, and good amenities. There was also a large SmartTV which was a nice surprise given it wasn't mentioned in the listing.

Entry code wasn't working on arrival but was quickly fixed after contacting the owner who was very apologetic about it.. We have a plugin hybrid vehicle and had been informed we'd be able to plugin from either side of the driveway but was possible only on one side and somebody already parked there. Wd've been nice to tell the other guest to park on the other side of the drive to accommodate us. Kitchen lights and activity at 11pm adjacent to the main suite was a bit disruptive but to be expected in a shared house. Just be aware if you're really sensitive to noise for that room's locatio. The king size bed was comfy but high and a little bit difficult to get into for short ppl ;) All in all, though, we'd return as excellent value for money.

Very quiet during our stay.

There was an empty medication blister pack on the night stand in the bedroom. The room was also a tad cold so we used the provided electric heater. The bathroom had a fair bit of wear to the surfaces and to the hardware including the mirror.
