Easy to find and in a convenient location. Neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I had the MAIN bedroom with en-suite on the main floor of the house. No stairs to negotiate while carrying my belongings which was nice. All guests had use of the kitchen to warm up meals etc. Very clean and comfortable.
I had to contact the owner about the temperature in my room. I was immediately able to reach her and she took care of the problem quickly.
No complaints but I would suggest a booklet in each guest room of local restaurants, etc would be a nice touch.

Clean and quiet with good communication. Uncomplicated.

The water was wet and hot.
As a single woman I would have felt more safe with a deadbolt on the door.
