Great location, close to everything. It’s a nice appartement. It was a calm place, clean and all amenities are there. The bed is comfortable. I won’t hesitate a sec to book it again for a future trip in Kingston !

Close to downtown. In a quiet area. Very little traffic on the street.

Host was not clear on where the parking was, a neighbor in the building says it happens all the time. Due to the poor communication, my partner and I were woken up with Axon Property management pounding on the door. When I called when he other party arrived to ask where to park, the host answered stating "hello, what do you want?" when I explained who I was he stated again "what do you want". I explained that the other party arrived before I and was asking where the parking what. He rudely stated "in front of the garage, I'm in a meeting" then hung up the phone with not farther explanation as there were 2 garages on site. Communication with the host was extremely poor.
