The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It brought back memories of my university days while living on campus. Being able to cook in the common room was a bonus although we had to bring pots, pans, dishes and utensils as there were none available, which was expected. I had to work briefly during my stay and the desk provided had outlets and USB ports, which was perfect. The housekeeping team was friendly and attentive. The support staff at the call center was quite helpful in resolving some of our concerns as well.

The rooms are not soundproof to the hallway wall. Bring earplugs if you are bothered by that as slightest voice conversations in the hallway as they can be heard inside the room. It was a bit noisy at times during our stay but most guests respected the night time hours as nothing was heard after 11pm until 8am in the morning. Everyone was doing their part to keep the environment quiet during the night time. This has nothing to do with the facility but you might want to pay attention to the expiry time when you park across the street and pay the daily max. The expiry time says 12am the next day, which can give someone the impression that you can park there until the end of next day, which is not the case.

The front desk man is very kind and helpful.

Convenient location for our purposes. Having two rooms was nice.

Sounds in the hallway were obnoxiously loud just from people closing doors and talking because it's all tile and concrete. Install some sound dampening panels at least! The doors have a large gap at the bottom which doesn't help. The mattresses are very firm and the bedding is stiff and crunchy-feeling.
