Perfectly positioned in the heart of Brighton, you’re only moments from the lively Lanes, packed with shops, cafés, and nightlife, while the Pier and seafront are just a few minutes’ walk away. Inside, the open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens, as well as a double sofa bed. The living area features a Smart TV with free Wifi, you can stream all your favourite shows and movies (just log in with your own account). The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for simple home cooking - a washer-dryer machine, hob, kettle, microwave-combi plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a meal for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.
This apartment is perfect for couples travelling alone or with two children, or a professional seeking a bright central Brighton escape. This pet-friendly property also welcomes one small dog to enjoy a seaside holiday.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for simple home cooking - a washer-dryer machine, hob, kettle, microwave-combi plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and Free Wifi for streaming your favourite shows. The double sofa bed is not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
