Great location, spacious and bright. Good communication throughout our stay and very accommodating. We asked if we could check in early and they agreed. Very happy overall.

We had to be mindful of our neighbour downstairs especially with our kids

Amazing location, right in the city centre and a short walk down to the seafront. Great hosts, gave clear detailed check in instructions and were available to contact if any issues arose.

There isn’t really much I can fault about this property. It’s clean, great location and fairly spacious. It’s not ideal if you require parking but it is the city centre and Brighton so there’s not much solution to that. As all the beds are singles maybe it would be beneficial to future guests if there was a spare double duvet incase they want to push the beds together.

We really liked the location of the accommodation – it was central, convenient, and exactly what we had hoped for.

However, we were surprised and unfortunately disappointed by the cleanliness and the overall condition of the apartment. It looks much nicer and more spacious in the photos than it does in reality. The rooms are very small; in the smaller bedroom there is a strange wooden cabinet hiding the heating system, which makes loud noises. The windows were very dirty – although it hardly mattered, as the view from the bedrooms faced an unattractive backyard. The toilet was clean, but the shower and the edges of the shower wall were dirty and partly moldy. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment, a mix of mold and kitchen exhaust. Overall, the price-performance ratio was not right. A real shame, because the Apartment has a lot of potential.
