Great location, shops and bars nearby.
Tea and coffee provided.
Toiletries provided.
Nice and clean.
There was a bit of a funny smell in the hall entrance. Smelt a bit like old vomit they may have not been cleaned up properly. We did notify the owner and he said he would look into it. We had no hot water when we arrived, so we all had cold showers. I contacted the owner and he sent someone round to fix the problem. Lovely hot showers were had the next morning. Maybe a radio or a bluetooth speaker would be an added bonus as there is no TV, so had to play music on our phones.

Perfect location, easy walk into Brighton. No parking but host advised on parking nearby. Bathroom a bit small but functional. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but on the whole an ideal venue for 1 night.
Didn't get info on the code for the key safe so had to ring the host but he answered quickly and helped us get in.
