Elegant 2-Bed Regency House by Beach - Hove Lawns

It’s a nicely decorated property with a room on each floor so it’s quite bijou. Be aware if you can’t do stairs as the rooms are over three levels. The main bedroom is comfortable, the sofa bed is a bit hard on the lounge but my 10yr old didn’t complain. The host was lovely and had the sofa bed made up in advance for us. The pub next door is lovely and the landlord makes sure everyone comes in at night so as to not bother the neighbours. The location is great, we’ve never stayed in Hove before and it’s a nice walk into main Brighton along the seafront. Thank you our stay so comfy and thank you for the earlier check in time.

The stairs, we managed but it’s definitely meant we got our exercise before we left the house.

There is no second bed, its a sofa bed that you need to make up yourself and is very cramped into an already small room. The 2nd bedroom photo is misleading I think.
