Stylish Central 3BR 2 En-suites Sleeps 6

It was very comfortable and in an excellent location. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils, tea, glasses etc. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. We enjoyed the balcony and the apartment was quiet considering it is on a main road

We were 4 friends travelling together so the fact that there was no separate toilet was a bit inconvenient during the night. Also there was no additional bedding for the sofa, however I’m sure if I had requested it, they would have provided.

Lovely spacious & clean apartment which was well equipped. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. living area. Although living area looked out onto a busy road this was not noticeable. Great communication through booking process, with plenty of information provided. Great location- close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants and just a 10 min walk to lanes.

Apartment was very hot and just one fan - had to have windows open but noise in bedrooms from street /air con unit was loud. Please note both bathrooms are ensuite so could be tricky depending on who you are travelling with as guests in 3rd bedroom have to use an en suite.

A great apartment in central Brighton, the bedrooms are great, comfortable beds and lovely environment. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have en-suites and showers, are all good. The only downside is there isn't any separate toilet facilities so the other bedroom guests need to also use the facilities within the other 2 bedrooms, not a problem with a family but not sure how this would be if 3 different couples, and hence you should be aware of this when booking. The apartment had everything you could want and the hosts were very responsive. Car parking not included but very short walk to secure parking just remember to add £35 a day to your costings.

Just need to be aware of the bathroom facilities. Also central Brighton isn't the most celebrious area, so whilst the location of the apartment is wonderful, on approaching it don't be put off by the area. The living area could be optimised a little more to accommodate 6 people who might want to sit around in the evening/ watch the TV, currently a linear sofa facing the kitchen.
