➝Private Hamlet beach walkway to the beach directly from the condo.
➝ Full-size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener provided.
Guest will have access to the entire condo, community pool, outdoor showers and private walkway to the beach.
We have a wonderful local team of property managers, and cleaners to assist if any needs arise before or during your stay. We prefer you message through the app for a quicker response time. Phone calls, and text messages may be delayed.
THINGS TO NOTE:
➝ Toilet paper, paper towels, and additional home supplies provided. Longer stays may need to supplement additional paper products for larger groups.
➝ One parking pass is guaranteed and included with your reservation.
Parking Instructions: Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. There are public parking lots within walking distance of the condo. Rates are generally $5-6 per hour OR $25 per day. The town is very strict and will give out tickets so make sure to pay through the parking app for additional time.
➝ Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not permitted to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.
**INCLUDED: Fast WIFI, bathroom toiletries, and beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately (valued at 200-300 to rent or buy)

This unit is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised! In fact, I was hesitant to book it because without any previous reviews, I thought it might be a catfish listing. I can tell you it was not, and I would book here again in a heartbeat. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the TV in the living room is like a home theater. It’s so big. Absolute best location a block from the boardwalk, and our host Melissa was super responsive. We will be back!
