Great directions and easy to access with key in key box. Jilly was a helpful , friendly and communicative host. Lovely little cottage with plenty of room set in amongst fields so lovely and quiet. 10 min walk/2 min drive to Sainsbury's and 15 min walk into Brightlingsea.

Nothing not to like about the property. Location is a tiny bit out of the way but we liked that.

Fantastic home-from-home stay in a perfect Brightlingsea location! We had a truly great stay for a four-day weekend break. Our host, Julie, was amazing, absolutely everything we asked for or requested was done immediately with no fuss at all. Thanks again, Jilly, you’re the best! The property itself is spacious. We stayed as a group of four adults, plus our granddaughter and our dog, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. All of the amenities are great, and the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of kitchenware, making it easy to go shopping and enjoy a true home-from-home experience. The location in Brightlingsea is absolutely perfect. It is really quiet and peaceful, and we loved seeing the animals on the land. Our dog absolutely loved the freedom of the grounds, too! We felt we got good, solid value for money and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
