Area and quiet room. Surroundings are lovely.
There was no breakfast. Bed springs had collapsed in middle of bed, big dint to lay on. Swarm of ants in room. Window had handle missing

The staff, the clean rooms and the exceptionally good quality bedding.
Breakfast was not included which made the stay pricier and it is now served in the pub across the carpark. I decided to forgo this so can't comment on the quality of the food, but it was much nicer when breakfast was served in the garden room with waited service.
