Modern, clean, high standard of decoration and fittings. Quiet and peaceful location.
No wi-fi. It dropped out two hours after arriving and did not come back on for the three days we stayed. Smart television in the lounge could not get BBC 1 or 2. Fortunately the Freeview one in the bedroom could.
Difficult to find initially. Detailed instructions if coming from Redruth but poor when approaching from Porthtowan. Need to look for the Harris Mill on the gateposts as the Hillside House is only on the side if coming from Redruth and is added under the main Harris Mill notice.

Beautiful property, clean, comfortable, well designed, with all you need for a short stay, plus an amazing shower! It was a perfect location for us too
