The Bull Inn

Very welcoming. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

The bathrooms were a little tired with the shower quite weak.

A very good welcome and communication beforehand replying to our questions. The location in the centre of the town was perfect. The food was excellent. A delicious Southern Indian meal in the evening and a generous breakfast freshly prepared. And good coffee!

The room was adequate but just a little tired.

The breakfast was good enough for us but some choices limited. The manager Jason and his second in command Ash, were lovely. They were so helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well being. Top Marks to them both.

No on site parking.

Location was good to get about in Norfolk

Unfortunately we had a room which was not very clean, carpets needed hoovering. Window was broken and glass missing, we reported it to the staff but had to wait till the following day before it was taped over. Tried to have a meal in the restaurant but I requested 2 items from the menu but neither was available. It is a curry menu with very few other options. Breakfast was ok but they lack staff and how to serve food properly. They did apologise and offered us free drinks in the evening. I think the owners are trying to get the place running better but need help.
