Falta minibar en la habitación para tener bebidas frías cuando hace calor y ventilador o aire acondicionado cuando hace mucho calor, el climatizador no es suficiente

La amabilidad y el trato del personal, tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado en la habitación que nos asignaron y rápidamente nos reubicaron en otra. La tranquilidad y las instalaciones son perfectas para unos días de descanso y relax. Incluido el gimnasio, de los mejores equipados que he visitado.

La ubicación es excepcional para relajarte y desconectar, quizás no tanto si prefieres estar más próximo a la costa. Deberían disponer de más variedad y leche vegetal en el Buffet del desayuno.

Restaurant un peu cher

I selected this hotel exactly to be in a quiet location. It was exactly that and a charming old property renovated - not very easy to find but we arrived after a few circuits. We had dinner at the hotel the second night, served outside on the terrace, and the food was delicious. The service was good too, but that is not surprising given that there were only two tables being served. We were not able to charge dinner to our room and were asked to pay for our meal at the end of a quiet but very pleasant evening.

There was no breakfast service- the first day when we wanted breakfast (included in the price paid) it came in a box and it was no more than a picnic and took 40 minutes to arrive and served in reception and it was suggested that we make coffee in our room in tiny cups. Fine for people who like a coffee shot but this is no breakfast service. Please see your site which states “Good Breakfast”. The second morning the box was ready but again a picnic. No plates and wooden cutlery. I complained on both occasions. After complaints they did manage to produce a cup of tea, but no offer of milk and a selection of teabags were dumped on the table in front of me. The receptionist apologised about the shortfalls, recognising this was no way to serve breakfast. The hotel management was nowhere to be seen, and there is obviously a crisis in both occupancy and even worse crisis in the breakfast service
