Great location, pool area and gym (plus classes)! Staff were so friendly, and also liked that breakfast was until 11am.
We got a pool view room and had one of the lower level rooms, which was fine and quiet, but if booking again think we’d go for a sea view!

We were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the administrators, they found a wonderful room with a view of the pool and partly of the ocean. The room is wonderful, always clean. Breakfasts are varied. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel every evening, the variety of seafood and delicious dishes was amazing. Everyone was very nice and polite. The spa is simply incredible, the massage is simply one of the best in life. Our first trip to Tenerife and I made the right choice of hotel. I want to return to this hotel again and again

The club facilities were excellent
Pool area very good
Our room. I booked a preferred club junior suite with ocean views, however the room was very dark with no sun and we were hard pushed to see the ocean. Also we had a leak in the bathroom for two days, and on three days our bed was not turned down
