    Overall I would recommend. Pro: rooms are big and comfortable. The grounds are great, loads of space and beautiful landscaping. The location is good right on the beach. They offered a late check out, gratefully received. Cons: We had a creature in our room on the first night that cost me a nights sleep from the scratching etc. The walls were paper thin, and there was a high pitched beep every 90 seconds. I was a bit upset the following day attending reception. The response was icy and the they clearly didn’t believe me. I don’t mind so much these things happening, but how it was dealt with was unpleasant. Thankfully we didn’t have to interact with reception much. I had a massage which was nice but at *** lacked the super factor one gets in a lot of high end hotels. The food was generally ok, the Trattoria was the best of them. The food in Costa Adeje in general is only ok, so the hotel is not really different. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The hotel had a good mix of families and couples, it wasn’t overrun with children. Down close to the beach is adults only and very quiet. Overall, we would return. It is worth the price, but only just about. We are a bit spoiled with very good hotels and hospitality in Ireland. Generally I would give it 4/5, taking into account value for money (we paid just over *** for 7 nights B&B)

    In the 15 years we’ve been coming here it’s been consistently a very high standard of accommodation, choice of restaurants, staff interactions and overall an excellent experience…it has never disappointed me. The location is also great for the beach . A truly 5 star hotel 😁😎

    An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning with its unique architecture and beautiful gardens. The staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel truly cared for. Excellent dining options, a perfect beachfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Everything exceeded our expectations — we can’t wait to come back!”
