The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of different food to choose from but lunch was a different matter. I liked the room, located on the 5th floor with an ocean view, like we ordered. The air conditioning was superb!

The bed was quite hard, could have had an over mattress to soften the support a bit and one side of the bed was a bit squish. Like I said before, the lunch buffet was a disappointing. And there was not enough sun beds around the pool area for everyone. You have to go out really early to secure sun beds and stay on the bed, otherwise your towels will be taken off.

Fantastic location. Short walk to almost everything we wanted. Staff were great.

They didn’t have any irons that visitors could rent. I had to buy one for €20’s which wasn’t a problem. I just thought it was kind of odd.

The location is perfect; the breakfast is varied, though bubbly isn't served daily as it should be.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory, and there were cockroaches coming out at night. Thanks to Hugo, who did his best to compensate us for the inconveniences, the experience wasn't as bad as it could have been. He even offered us a premium restaurant experience on the house, which we really appreciated. Most of the restaurant staff were brilliant. The manager of the so-called Prestige-only restaurant, however, was quite rude. He spoke down to us and assumed we didn't have a table booked because we weren't wearing the "right" colour bracelets, which apparently didn't make us VIP enough for him. His exact words were, "You are not Prestige customers" without hearing a word of what I was saying. It came across as condescending and unnecessary.
