Owner was really helpful. Registered for a Lindau guest pass on my behalf and gave me tips on exploring the town and booklets to help. Apartment is really nice, felt very homey for a studio-like setup. Balcony faces the other building but you can still get a pretty good view of the lake sitting there. It's also directly on the island so very close to the most scenic views, and it's basically ~5-8 min walking to any point of the island. Definitely worth the price. Basically everything was spotless.
Bed consists of 2 mattresses side by side, which might be annoying depending on how you sleep. Didn't affect me too much.
