The room is very spacious and very well organized. Very clean and the amenities are exceptional with the coffee, tea and utensils.
Only thing is the room on the third floor and no elevator which might be an issue bringing the luggage up and down

Central. Comfortable bed. Nice touch - bottle of fizz. Quick responses from owner to communications.
Difficult to open & shut blind & window over bed. Lots of stairs.

die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir den nahen Weihnachtsmarkt und die Innenstadt besucht haben für unsere Bedürfnisse für 3 Nächte war die Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend, Es war alles sehr sauber und der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und ansprechbar
Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind schon etwas öfter benutzt sowie auch die Matratzen Falls man die Küchenzeile wirklich nutzen möchte, ist die Beleuchtung nicht optimal und die Tatsache, dass nur zwei Herdplatten zur Verfügung stehen und kein Backofen und wenig Abstellfläche vorhanden sind, lassen nur eine einfache Versorgung zu. An einem Adventswochenende fallen diese Umstände nur am Rande auf.
