Cosy New Year stay.
Great host, easy check -in/check-out. Good location, close to everything, the room was cosy and warm. The kitchen was fully equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony. Big thank you to the hosts!

Everything. Ideal location 25 minute nice walk into old town. Or if you don't want to walk, a regular bus service runs past the property.
Only improvement I can think of would be the addition of black out curtains in the bed/living area. But I'm being ultra picky., there really isn't much to improve on

Lovely apartment and hosts, great location
A perfect simple modern apartment for a couple, excellent host, lovely location just moments away from the lake and located between the Lindau old town island and beautiful public lakeside parks and swimming areas. Bakery, beer gardens and a supermarket within walking distance. You can walk to many places or take the bus or train. If you bring or hire a bike you will be in heaven.
I liked everything. There is no air conditioning but we found the balcony parasol and curtains kept the apartment cool enough.

Exceptional
The owners are very friendly and thoughtful! They made the stay wonderful! There was a bowl of fruit with a little bottle of wine waiting on our arrival. Candy treats in the room. The kitchen had basics for cooking, including spices and cooking oil. And best of all, the owners brought us home made amazing creme brulee on New Years eve! So good! They gave great recommendations on the area. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

In eerste instantie hadden we een slechte matras maar na te hebben verteld dat hij niet goed sliep hadden we de dag erna meteen een nieuwe.

War eine sehr gute Unterkunft, mit vielen Tipps für den Aufenthalt.
Unser Vermieter hat uns nach einem Anruf in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Hat uns bis zur Unterkunft gebracht und viele Tipps gegeben, Zwecks Aufenthalt und Unternehmungen. Die Karten für den Aufenthalt übergeben, wo man kostenlos Bus und Bahn nutzen kann, Haltestelle war auch gleich in der Nähe. Vor allem der Vermieter wohnt gleich mit auf dem Gelände und man konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen. Er war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Parkplatz auf dem Gelände und man kann das Auto ruhig stehen lassen, da man mit Bus, Bahn oder Fahrrad, Laufen alles erledigen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen, Bäcker, Gaststätte, Rewe.
Gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

es war für uns ein kurzer ,aber sehr schöner Urlaub.
Claudia und Andreas haben uns bei unserer Ankunft sofort das Gefühl vermittelt herzlich willkommen zu sein. Beide haben uns von Anfang an mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber ,modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen auch selbst sehr gern wieder.
