About this apartment rental
Great 2 bedroom duplex with a large balcony and private parking space The maisonette apartment with a large balcony and bedroom on the upper floor and is ideal to spend a couple of great days on Lake Constance.
The modern apartment has 64sqm living space, with partially floor to ceiling windows. The large windows face west.
The decor is modern. TV is a matter of course. Wifi, parking space and washing machine are offered free of charge. A staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic. There is a bicycle storage room in the house, a laundry room with washing machine and a private parking space.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove with oven and the necessary small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment is non-smoking! If you want to smoke, like on the balcony.
The object is equipped for 2 persons. Long-term tenants are welcome. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for the next guests. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs and also not suitable for crawling or climbing children.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
The bed linen, 1 set of towels per person and the final cleaning are included.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, es war alles da was man brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut aufgeteilt.
Es war alles an Zubehör vorhanden. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine vermisst, diese war aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung angekündigt.
Das Fernsehprogramm hatte nicht die typischen Sender ARD und ZDF, aber auch diese haben wir nicht vermisst.
Die Lage zwischen Lindau und Wasserburg ist ideal, so dass man Ausflüge problemlos in die nähere Umgebung machen kann. Wir haben unseren Bodenseeurlaub sehr genossen.

Die FeWo liegt zentral (500 m bis zum Supermarkt, 2 km bis zum Wasser und 4 km bis zur Insel Lindau) . Bahnlinie und Hauptstraße liegen zwar in Hörweite, die Wohnung selbst ist aber noch ruhig. Alle Fenster haben Rollladen, außer im Schlafbereich auf der offenen Galerie. Dort gibt es keine Verdunklung und es kann auch recht warm direkt unter dem Dach werden. Hier würden ein Rollo oder Plissee und ein Ventilator die ansonsten gute Ausstattung vervollständigen. Der große Balkon hat Nachmittagssonne und ist teilweise überdacht. Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur für Kaffeepads geeignet. Die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Schlüsselsafe, der im Nachbarort an einer Hauswand hängt, hat problemlos geklappt und er war durch die Beschreibung mit Foto auch leicht zu finden. Die Agentur hat auf Anfragen per Mail vor und während unseres Urlaubs immer prompt reagiert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
