Perfect choice

Nice place with the warm owner! The apartment is spacious and comfortable with private bathroom and big balcony, everything is perfectly clean. The communication was fast and easy. No problem with parking our car. Highly recommended for other guests! Everything was perfect!

Jahreswechsel in traumhafter Umgebung

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Silvesterurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung. Ich bewohnte eine kleine saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles was ich benötigte war vor Ort. Leider konnte ich wetterbedingt den großen Balkon (mit Seeblick!) nicht nutzen, aber mich erfreuen an dem weihnachtlichen Lichtermeer im Eingangsbereich. Es ist nicht nötig das Auto zu bemühen. Der Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die bezaubernde Insel-- alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich verbringe meine Urlaube sehr oft in Ferienwohnungen und es kam bisher selten vor, dass der Vermieter nachfragt, wie es mir geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist mit der Wohnung. Ein Dankeschön dafür.

Schöne Weihnachtszeit

Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe nette Vermieter, hat uns alle gezeigt ,Parkplatz vor dem Haus ,alles Tip top sauber ,um das Haus herum ca.100 m war man am See , der Weihnachtsmark auf der Lindau Insel war in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar .

Alles wie erwartet

Für mich war die Lage ausschalggebend, sehr einfach nach Lindau Insel zu kommen. Die Wohnung an sich ist bequem und sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich.

Calme et détente

A moins de 500m du Lac de Constance, 700m de la gare de Lindau-Aeschach et 1,1km de celle de Lindau-insel ou de son port , avec des bus à 10mn pour être en 10mn à celle de Lindau-reutin, l'appartement est très bien situé. On peut aller en Suisse, en Autriche et bien sûr en Allemagne, autour du Bodensee ou ailleurs très facilement. Il est aussi équipé d'un lit King size, la véranda privative couverte et fermable, pour les appartements du rez de chaussée, est très agréable pour se détendre et prendre les repas en profitant du jardin. Le quartier est très calme et l'environnement reposant. La balade au bord du lac pour aller ou revenir de l'île de Lindau est super. Il y a des pistes cyclables et des cheminements piétons partout.

modernes, gemütliches Appartement im Grünen

Die Ferienwohnung ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet. Man kann dort gut zur Ruhe kommen und ist dennoch nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Der Bodensee ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Die Ausstattung ist für ein paar Übernachtungen ausreichend. Ein Besen + Kehrschaufel wären gut, damit man zwischendurch kleine Verschmutzungen unkompliziert selbst wegfegen kann. Schade ist auch, dass sich keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Aber wenn man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad anreist, kann man schnell alles erreichen.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Bodensee. In 15 min ist man zu Fuß in Lindau. Fahrrad Garage mit Lademöglichkeiten vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Einfach Perfekt.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Die Einrichtung entspricht der Beschreibung bzw. den eingestellten Bildern. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Nur wenige Schritte zum See, die Lindauer Insel fußläufig erreichbar.

Das W-Lan ist nicht passwortgeschützt.
