Anara Villa Ubud

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté, na dobrém místě. Personál byl ochotný a děkuji našemu komorníkovi

Die Lage ist perfekt. Schön ruhig und dennoch nahe zum Zentrum. Es gab einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Küche mit Gasherd, den privaten Pool und einen Wasserspender. Der Stuff war immer erreichbar und zur unterstützung bereit. Die Dusche hatte mehrere Modis inkl Regendusche aufsatz. Zeitgemäßer TV mit Smart Inhalten.

Leider war der Wasserspender verschmutzt, wodurch kein sauberes Wasser heraus kam. Alles war nur grob Grundgereinigt. Hygienetechnisch hatte ich dabei absolut keine Bedenken, allerdings fand man immer wieder mal etwas Staub an Lampen und Co.

The staff who took care of the houses were very friendly and attentive. I had a few requests at the beginning, but they addressed them very quickly and apologized for the inconvenience—they were very helpful. Before I arrived, three different people contacted me about my arrival, which was a bit excessive, and they should coordinate better, but overall it was a better experience than if no one had contacted me at all ;). The house has a nice layout and attractive decor and is located in a pretty and quiet area outside of Ubud, with parking available. I booked it at the last minute, so it was a good deal.... After a few complaints at the beginning (see below), I did enjoy my stay, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this accommodation.

The pool was dirty when I arrived; after I pointed it out, it was cleaned, but I don’t think there’s a regular cleaning schedule (?). There are signs of water damage on the bedroom walls. The house is in decent condition, but it has seen better days. The same goes for the cleaning: I had stains on my bed sheets; they had obviously been washed and smelled fine. Here, too, the sheets were quickly changed for me after I asked. There were no kitchen towels or separate bath towels. Only two towels were provided, which looked to me like pool towels. Once I pointed it out, i was given to dishtowels. The bedroom door was SUPER hard to close—both from the inside and the outside. Sometimes it took me 2–4 minutes to close it because the sliding doors didn’t fit together properly; the key got stuck twice, and they had to call a handyman to get it out. The sliding doors of the wardrobe kept getting stuck and eventually fell apart. The only hook in the bathroom was broken. Both annoying. I asked about a scooter, and one of the staff I contacted on WhatsApp quoted a price of 100,000 IDR per day, while the other one asked for 150,000 IDR per day. At that point, I didn’t even bother asking any more questions and went straight to another provider near the house and got it for 80,000 IDR per day.
