Beautiful property with an amazing view. Really loved our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Quiet and peaceful environment.

This place is an amazing place to stay in the Ubud area. The villas are located in a beautiful, calm area. The villas are new, clean, and super comfortable. The pool is located so that you can view over the forest behind. The host is the nicest guy we have met in Indonesia.

Could have a better cooling system.

The propety was brand new and right by a river. We loved the well thought out villa interior and the way the bathroom wash basin area was separated from the pot and the shower area. We also loved how the hosts were very good with making arrangements for halal food for us-- they had the best nasi and mie gorgeng and the satays were also good (a hit and miss sometimes). The cleaning was really thorough and the pool was so much fun-- we had the view of the forest and could hear the river that cut through the forest below. The breakfast was decent and the hosts were gracious enough to procide us with a floating breakfast experience for an extra cost (100,000) whichw as totally worth it. Nothing compares to the peace and serenity for the place.

It was a bit too secluded in that the grab driver would often accept and then cancel or they would ask us to come to a pickup point. This was impossible, especially in the evenings because there were rice feilds all around and utter darkness. After asking the host to help with directions, they would eventually reach us. We also couldn't locate the place on Grab when we needed to return to the property--so its a good idea to either have your own scooter/dedicated car and driver, or make sure you save the location on maps and get a grab driver to follow that to the villa.

The pictures are real - 5 beautiful, traditionally built villas, with a lovely pool, surrounded by tropical gardens. A river runs right by the property. Very quiet location so you can fall asleep to the sounds of birds, frogs, and geckos. The staff are so accommodating, both before the trip and during. A relaxing place to take in the jungle side of Bali. We would all love to come back again!

Nothing bad. Everything was wonderful! The property is away from the main tourist areas, so it was a bit of a drive to get there, but the drive is worth it to come to such a tranquil, peaceful place.

It is an exceptionally beautiful place set amidst rural splendour. A row of just a few artistically constructed wooden airconditioned huts all facing the pool and overlooking a spectacular view with meals served on the rooftoop terrace, poolside or on your own personal balcony makes it feel like a cosy, privileged, private piece of heaven. Tasty breakfast including a lovely platter of fruits. Lovely fully mosquito-netted beds and pillows were really very comfortable and clean and I am generally very sensitive about these things. Hut interiors were modern, wooden, aesthetically very pleasing. Every need thoughtfully provided for with study table, fridge and electric kettle with tea/coffee etc. Unlimited free mineral water bottles. Large, modern bathrooms were well-designed and well-equipped: divided into 2 separate generous connecting sections, they were bright, airy, with brilliant hot showers. Really gorgeous walking track at the back of hotel just above the river. Staff are very eager to please, helpful and efficient - gently friendly, without being intrusive in any way. Our family rented 2 villas and when we missed our connecting flight and were unable to make it for the first night, they immediately agreed to refund 70% of the first night which was over and above understanding and good! We really enjoyed being deep in the countryside especially since central Ubud is just about 20 minutes away and a Grab can take you there for 100,000 IDR. Grab will take you to airport for about 250-300,000 IDR. We were also able to hire a car and driver from Ubud car company for the whole day (10 hours) to tour all around Bali for 700,000 IDR unlimited mileage and petrol included. Alternatively, you can hire a motorbike at Lumpung River Villas itself for 100,000-150,000 IDR/dyy

The menu was only Indonesian food but the french fries were perfection- crispy on the outside, soft inside. Grilled chicken very good too. There were a few cobwebs and just one small cockroach in my room the first day so I think it’s just a question of needing to dust better. Floors could do with a bit of a polish too, but that’s being picky on my part. My hut villa’s door was a bit damaged and was difficult to lock.

Lumbung is a charming and peaceful home-away-from-home villa. The rooms are spacious with a unique pyramid design, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Despite our late arrival, the team handled everything smoothly. We even overslept and missed the official breakfast time, but instead of turning us away, they kindly apologized and served us a first-class breakfast. The hospitality was outstanding, and every detail made our stay truly memorable. Without a doubt, a 5 out of 5 experience—highly recommended.

Do note that the villa isn’t the easiest to reach, so I highly recommend booking their airport transfer service. At just 400K IDR, it’s more affordable than using Grab or paying the airport taxi fee (which can be around 550K IDR).

second time we come to lumbung river villas ubud, everything is perfect especially all the guys working there. we are treated as their best friends for ever, thanks to them!

It was absolutly wonderfull! The rooms are very clean and new. The bed is the most confortable bed I had in Bali! The badroom is modern and beautiful. The swimmingpool is amazing with the View! Breakfast delicious !! And to finish, the people working there are so kind ❤️ I defenitly recommend and will come back!!!

The breakfast was simple but good, and our host was very helpful with everything we needed assistance with. There was almost no traffic, and the property was peaceful. You can hear the river from the property and the pool was great too.

At times the water pressure from the shower was a bit low, but it was still manageable. This is the only thing we mentioned to the staff when we departed after our stay.

Everything was perfect, the accomodation is absolutely new, it's beautiful. We were told we were the first customers, everyone was super nice to us. Reccomend absolutely!

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de los trabajadores de la villa, siempre fueron muy respetuosos, amables y preocupados por que estuviéramos muy cómodos. Además, las fotos que publican se reflejan en la realidad y no están alteradas. Por otra parte, la piscina esa muy hermosa y cómoda y con cantidades precisas de cloro. La villa también contaba con un menú de almuerzo-cena pagado y la relación precio calidad es excelente, y lejos fueron los mejores almuerzos que tuvimos en Bali.

la ubicación era un poco complicada para cualquier compra u actividad que queríamos hacer, pero esto no depende de ellos. De todas maneras llegan los taxis y grab, así que es cosa de organizar bien tus tiempos.

Alles! Lieve mensen. Prachtig zwembad. De rust. Echt alles! De kids waren aan het zwemmen en toen hebben ze het ontbijt naar het zwembad gebracht. Zo lief! En mooi watervallen redelijk in de buurt.

Let even op als je met een Grab erheen gaat, de maps weet de locatie niet. Google Maps weet het wel. En er staan mooie houten bordjes die de weg wijzen, dus die kun je ook volgen :)

Wunderschönes kleines abgelegenes Hotel fernab vom Massentourismus Bestes Hotelpersonal auf unseren bisherigen Reisen. Das Personal kümmerte sich perfekt um jede noch so kleine Angelegenheit (organisieren einer Quad Tour, Rollerverleih im Hotel, Airport Service mit tollem Fahrer) und hatte stehts ein Lächeln im Gesicht, wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Der vom Hotel empfohlen Fahrer Putu Surya ist bei jeder Frage hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich in unserem Fall bei der Lebensmittelvergiftung (von einem Restaurant in der Stadt) meiner Frau rührend um uns, fuhr uns ins Krankenhaus und unterstützte uns im Krankenhaus durch Übersetzungen und wich uns keine Minute von der Seite. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal hierfür. Zurück im Hotel kann ich mit dem Lob nur weitermachen, das komplette Personal kümmerte sich rührend um uns, jeder noch so kleine Wunsch wurde erfüllt und es wurde ständig gefragt wie es meiner Frau geht und ob wir etwas brauchen und sie uns helfen können. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist einfach gehalten, aber sehr frisch und lecker. Eventuell könnte man dazu etwas Saft servieren. Mittags und Abends wird im Hotel nicht selbst gekocht, das Essen wird aus einem naheliegenden Warung geholt und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir bestellten verschiedene Gerichte, alle waren sehr lecker und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Pool hat eine tolle Größe und ist schön warm, was nach einem langem Tag sehr entspannend ist. Klimaanlage ist angenehm ruhig, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein fest verbauter Safe im Zimmer wäre noch wünschenswert Einmal konnten wir sogar Affen vom Pool aus beobachten.

Es gibt ganz und gar nichts zu meckern in diesem Hotel

El lugar es un paraíso dentro de la naturaleza,súper limpio y ordenado, el desayuno es riquísimo. L a hospitalidad fue más que excelente, tuvimos un inconveniente de salud y el dueño Marwa con su empleado nos ayudaron en todo momento se quedaron con nosotros nos llevaron y trajeron en su auto particular y hasta nos dieron de almoerzar en el hospital.- no nos pidieron nada a cambio.

Super endroit hyper calme dans la nature, parfait pour vous détendre, malheureusement il est loin du centre, très grande piscine, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, le seul point c’est le petit déjeuner il y a que 2 options 😞(crêpe ou omelette, café ou thé) le wifi ne marche pas trop bien c’était limite pour regarder des films

L'endroit est magnifique ! La cabane est neuve, d'une propreté impeccable. Rien a redire. Eau en bouteille a volonté. Magnifique piscine a débordement. Jardin paysager impeccable.

Effectivement la distance entre la cabane et le centre est assez éloigné. Comptez 30 minutes pour le centre d 'ubud et la visite de la monkey forest en scooter.

Die Bungalows sind super ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, großes Bad, super Bett mit Moskitonetz. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Umgebung Mitten in den Reisfeldern war wunderschön und ruhig. Ideal ist, dass man in der Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis Scooter mieten kann um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Area ist vielfältig, man ist auch schnell in Ubud oder am Strand. Es gibt einen nightmarket in der Gegend und und und. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ne super Zeit dort und würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Vieta toliau nuo miesto, tad labai ramu, aplink girdisi yik gamyos garsai, kurie ypač ramina. Puiki poilsio oazė. Motoroleriu patogiai galima susisiekti su visais lankytinais objektais.

Trūkumų nepastebėjom.

Personnels super gentils et à vos petits soin. Il y a aucune à reprocher à cet hôtel. Le top 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantástico, un paraíso alejado del bullicio de Ubud. Ideal para descansar y como base para excursiones. No hay nada alrededor pero ahí reside el encanto. Oyes el rugir de la selva en el momento de la puesta del sol.

Nada. Todo fantástico. Importante, contacta con ellos para que te recojan en el aeropuerto. Los taxis o grap no saben llegar. Nuestro driver se perdió. Conseguimos llegar mucho más tarde de lo previsto gracias a las indicaciones del hotel por teléfono.

Sve je bilo odlično. Vile su zaista sjajne i čiste. Domaćin se izuzetno brine o smeštaju. Sve preporuke.

Skuterom je 15min od centra Ubuda

L’endroit est magnifique et très calme. Les chambres sont belles et confortables. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Petits déjeuners ok et possibilité de se faire livrer un repas.

C’est très excentré donc c’est préférable de circuler en scooter ou d’avoir un chauffeur.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ruhig gelegen, dafür sehr abgelegen, man kann aber in der Unterkunft einen Roller mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, weil es genau das war was wir wollten. Dusche ist perfekt. Es gibt kein eigenes Restaurant, das Hotel kann aber Essen von einem Warung bestellen. An einem Abend haben wir selbst Essen über Grab/Gojek geordert. Die Order eines Restaurants aus Ubud kam nicht an, die eines näherliegenden Warung hingegen schon. Frühstück war sehr lecker, gibt aber nur 2 Optionen. Omlett mit Toast und Obst oder BananaPancake mit Obst. Es gibt wohl Handtücher für den Pool, leider wurden sie nicht aktiv angeboten wir haben erst später gesehen, dass alle anderen Gäste die gleichen haben. Man kann sich eine Massage aufs Zimmer bestellen, wir haben es allerdings nicht genutzt.

Ein gefilterter Wasserspender wäre super um Plastikmüll zu reduzieren.

Adoramos tudo! As pessoas são excecionais! As pessoas mais carinhosas que encontramos em toda a nossa viagem para a Indonésia. Chegamos tarde, abriram a cozinha de propósito para nos fazer o jantar, tudo incrivel. O jantar era super saboroso e o pequeno-almoço também! Têm serviço de massagem no quarto, exelente também. A cama é enorme e super confortável. Local super calmo para quem quer relaxar, ser bem acolhido e estar perto da cidade. Piscina super agradável com vista floresta. O hotel com as pessoas mais carinhosas, prestáveis onde já estivemos! Vamos sem dúvida voltar!
