There was ample space for the family.
Lots of additional services and experiences available for booking.
The staff were happy to give rides between the room and the reception/restaurant, and also help with luggage.
The family rooms are slightly further from the animals and so you need to go down to the pool to feed them rather than being able to do it directly from the room.

My husband and I were amazed at how big the whole lodge and grounds are and the animals are well looked after and have plenty of space. The whole area was very clean. The safaris are very good. The whole staff were extremely friendly and always very helpful.
Sadly to say, the food could be so much better. Everything that should be hot was barely warm and the buffet at night was not very inviting.

The surroundings where amazing
Tv didn’t work well and staff couldn’t get it to work properly
Only option to watch tv was Indonesian Chanel no English
Shower had no pressure and took over half an hour to get to Luke warm
Had maintenance out 3 times to fix finally changed the head and all worked mind u this was done at 11pm I’m normally asleep by 8.30pm
