Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were large and comfortable, the gardens delightful. The owner gave us a lift to and from the Safari Park, which was very convenient. Drinking water was provided. Breakfasts were nice.
The ocean was about 100m away, unfortunately not very inviting with black sand and lots of rubbish on the beach. See

Staying at Pura Angsa Saba was wonderful. The location, very close to Saba Beach, is super tranquil, very quiet and the hotel grounds/swimming pool etc are wonderfully landscaped with beautiful tropical plants. Wayan and Lea are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the other meals I had there were delicious and very reasonably priced. Wayan is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person, so I learned so much about Bali and its traditions and culture speaking with him. He was also so accommodating on helping me get to places with car or motorcycle that it greatly enhanced my enjoyment of Bali and reduced the hassle of getting around since I didnt have my own transportation. Thank you so much, Wayan and Lea!!!!

The hosts were both exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We felt at home right away. They have a beautiful garden and very nice property with a great pool to swim in and they’re always happy to help and have a chat. They also helped us get anything we needed, including a motorcycle rental and also tickets to the ferry and even drove us there for fair fee.

Breakfast was passable, the omelette was cooked really well but the fruit was old and browned, and the bread was cheap.
It was really peaceful as well, and the owners were really friendly and welcoming.
The sheets were soft and pillows comfortable.
The room was dated and dark, and the lights were all fluorescent which gave it an awful ambience. The mosquito net had huge holes, and because of the pyramid shape it hung over the bed and touched us when we slept.
There was no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom.
There was also a two night minimum, but I left a day earlier as my guesthouse in jimbaran was more comfortable.
