We can recommend it very much!

The hosts were both exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We felt at home right away. They have a beautiful garden and very nice property with a great pool to swim in and they’re always happy to help and have a chat. They also helped us get anything we needed, including a motorcycle rental and also tickets to the ferry and even drove us there for fair fee.

Room was massive and staff lovely

Saba beach was a disappointment, trash everywhere and that was a main reason for visiting. The accommodation was lovely but I wouldn’t return because there wasn’t much else to do in the region.

Horrible!!

The wife was lovely and made us breakfast and a welcoming drink and snack.

The host was invasive! The room stated kitchen and fridge. These were not in the room at all. And were shared between the hosts and other people staying. “VILLA” the pool is shared between other guests. The photos of the room we booked were not anything like the photos in the ad. Completly different room!! The mosquito net had holes all through it. The shower had 0 water pressure, The toilet kept constantly not flushing properly. The “VILLA” was shared between other people and the host house was right out the front door. The windows didn’t seal at all. The door in our bathroom wasn’t locked properly and there was no key for it. The curtains didn’t reach the bottom of the doors so in the morning the whole room was full of light and was extremely noisy with people walking around outside. The location doesn’t allow GRAB OR GOJET. So hard to get a taxi. Completly dishonest with the room. The photos are a lie. We told the host we were leaving and booked a different villa as we did not feel at all comfortable staying there any longer then 1 night.

Beautiful property with beautiful people

I loved the owners. They were so accommodating and extremely kind. I had daily chats with Wayan, some days over a beautiful breakfast, his wife cooked, or some nights over dinner. I was surprised with a few delicious evening meals(thank you 🙏) They both went above and beyond. It was my first time in Bali and my first time travelling solo. Wayan was more than happy to drive me around( for a small fee), if he wasn't available, he would arrange a driver for me. If I went out of a night, he would text to see if I was okay or if I needed a ride back to Villa. They made me feel like part of the family, and I will be forever grateful. I have made a friend for life. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The pool was immaculate, and Boss the cat was just a delight. The accommodation was more of a traditional Balinese villa, which I adored. I had my washing done one. It was so cheap, and it came back smelling so lovely. I tried to support the local community as much as I could. Eating from local warung, laundry locally, local drivers(which Wayan can arrange). I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to Wayan and his family 🙏❤️

The hosts Wayan and Leah were friendly and helpful. The gorgeous gardens and sparkly pool were a delight. A great, hearty breakfast of your choice was served each day. Quiet location, away from the hussle and bussle but still accessible to everything with a driver. Local restaurants to buy meals, and some offered free delivery and pick up/drop off options. The property is a lovely traditional style home stay, with a secure and safe feel.

Not a lot within walking distance. The beach is close but not good for swimming or relaxing. Some small upgrades could be made in the rooms eg water damage to cabinets.

Lovely, spacious villa. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable and the location was right next to the beach.

Lots of mosquitoes however they supply a net and spray repellent which is a great touch.

Wayan was an incredible host. His beautiful wife cooked us breakfast each morning, he dropped us off and picked us up from places when we were staying there and he always had a smile on his face and was friendly. Highly recommend for a more homestyle stay.

Not great, but not terrible

Breakfast was passable, the omelette was cooked really well but the fruit was old and browned, and the bread was cheap. It was really peaceful as well, and the owners were really friendly and welcoming. The sheets were soft and pillows comfortable.

The room was dated and dark, and the lights were all fluorescent which gave it an awful ambience. The mosquito net had huge holes, and because of the pyramid shape it hung over the bed and touched us when we slept. There was no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. There was also a two night minimum, but I left a day earlier as my guesthouse in jimbaran was more comfortable.

Peaceful relaxing stay we loved it

Leah and Wayan are so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip to Bali wonderful. From lovely breakfasts to helping us book and plan activities. Everything was coordinated for us so it was a super relaxing experience.

Out of the way and a quiet homestay

If you want to get away from the hubub of kuta and seminyak and the very busy roads then Puri Angsa Saba is the place to come . Wayan and his wife along with the other Wayan were very accommodating and helpful and the facilities were good with extra areas by the pool and in the main part of the house . Also there was plenty of info on restaurants etc and even free delivery and shuttle service to one restaurant . Bed was comfy and the accommodation was inexpensive and breakfasts were good

The one bedroomed accommodation we stayed in was a little damp although after three days of aircon it was drier The bathroom was very tired and could do with renovation we could use one of the two sinks as the plug was stuck in. It would have been useful to have a fridge in our room and we were expecting the accommodation to have a kettle and toaster but not in a shared kitchen with the owners which was awkward. Perhaps there should be a little bit more explanation about the kitchen arrangements in the facility info. This was more of a homestay than a private villa arrangement and could have got a bit more difficult had the place had been full .

Wayan the host was very helpful giving us advice of what to do in the area and recommending restaurants in the area and even managed to arrange us some massages at the villa

The pool is shared between the two villas. Lucky nobody was there at the time we stayed there, so we had it all to ourselves

Great host and place to stay

The pool was masisive and always kept clean. Breakfast was lovely. We had Dinner most nights from Warong legong which deliver to the villa for free. We ended up going to the restaurant on our last night and it was lovely eating with a view of the rice fields. Highly recommend. Isn't much to do in the local area but Wayan recommend the hidden canyon. Also highly recommended if you can swim and want to trek up rivers barefoot with an amazing guide and lunch to end it. Wayan our host was amazing. He invited me and my partner to a traditional Balinese ceremony at his wife's house.. little did we know that the ceremony was actually a funeral/cremation. It was a privilege to be a part of something so special. I learned that, unlike funerals back home (New Zealand) in Bali they're treated more as ceremonies. We walked the streets towards the temple, was incredible. We loved our stay.

Wayan and Leah were incredible hosts of this lovely quaint villa.

For our purpose the property was perfect. the kids loved the pool, the close proximity to the turtle conservatory, and a quick easy drive to great shopping and Ubud. Wayan arranged daily massages, organized our laundry to be done incredibly cheap, plus breakfast was served to our table every morning. My daughter LOVED the pancakes. Wayan and his family took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.

The walk to the beach definitely requires shoes and the beach itself is not conducive to swimming. The kids loved the pool so much that the beach not being great did not matter.

Tropical getaway

Wayan both of them and his wife were beautiful ppl nothing was too much and they tried so hard to personalise your trip. Your comfort and happiness was a priority for them they went the extra mile.The pool area was beautiful and lush with local trees and plants and breakfast was absolutely fantastic I recommend you have a try of different options.Due to the location you get a few lizards but we liked the local critters they are harmless please give this amazing place a go I know I will definitely be back.

This family run property made us feel welcome and we were well take care of. Lea's breakfasts were wonderful. Wayan was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, also very kind and generous. Food was delivered, drivers organized and masseuses brought in to make our stay lovely. Nice pool and garden.

Lived in this place for 2 weeks. To begin with, the photos of the apartments are true to reality, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the air conditioner works at 100% and the pool is clean and large. Always tidy and well-kept garden. Perfect daily cleaning The beautiful view of the ocean and the singing of the birds every morning is wonderful. Huge gratitude to the owner. Living in this place, you can count on 24-hour support from Wayan from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay. He will help and give advice on any question and it is advisable to always consult with him, because he will advise only the best. Special thanks to Wayans' wife, who every morning pleased us with a delicious breakfast and always fresh tropical fruits.
