The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend in London. Being situated on the lower ground floor helped to keep it a pleasant temperature on a very warm weekend. Great communication from the host too.

Use of the keypad instead of a key is super convenient. The size of the apartment is just what we needed.
Instructions should include first pressing the cancel key on the keypad before entering the code

Rustig en toch centraal gelegen studio vlakbij Notting hill. Openbaar vervoer is niet ver lopen. Studio is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een leuk terrasje voor eigen gebruik. Communicatie met de verhuurder super.

Long story short, our own apartment was not available due to someone partying in it before we came.. but we ended up in the loveliest replacement we could have imagined! Quite luxurious, right on Hyde Park, extremely central - and very very comfortable. :-) Also, the staff (Benjamin, Daniel) were excellent. Thanks to Benjie especially..!
There were some small things that we addressed directly with the staff. Minor practicalities which did not detract from the quality of our stay at all. :-)
