Downtown Luxe Studio

The host was extremely nice this was our second time staying here. Very friendly and let us check in early both days. Loved the roof top pool

The room was nice and comfortable. Very clean and felt safe inside hotel as someone new to area. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. They let us get into room early.

The key box was having difficulties. But that wasn’t the properties fault. The host made sure we got into the room. The hotel would not allow us to leave luggage but host was able to get us in early

Nice apartment and location

Had issues with communication. Never received a text or email on instructions for getting into room. Doorman or concierge do not want to deal with you. Even though these Airbnb support their wages. Internet instructions were not received until 7:00pm after at least a 1/2 dozen inquiries. Also, still could net get the tv to work and find the network to allow us to watch tv. I don’t understand why written instructions were not prepared and left for quests in the apartment as a back up. This is a standard for all air bnb’s and Priceline should enforce this.
