I had booked my room. I thought through a 3rd party. They Emailed me and Canceled my reservation. I called directly and reserved with Debora. She is very professional! Our room was very clean,unfortunately no restaurant! We had frozen food from “mini” food area.
No restaurant! !!!! No shuttle service from airports ft Lauderdale or Miami .
We had Debora call a Company to get us to our Norwegian cruise.

It was super close to the University of Miami hospital, staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant in site from 3-11,
The room and the carpet is out to date and smell.

Bed was comfortable
At check-in, I was given a card that said I could use it to purchase up to $23 dollars worth of food at the bar. On my receipt I was charged for the food which didn’t equal $23. What was the purpose of the card if you turn around and charge me for it

Breakfast was decent. Hotel is close to medical centers and provides a shuttle service.
Stains on carpet and furniture. Several lights in room/bathroom did not work.
