The owner answered all questions, there were no organizational problems. The neighbors are quite nice. The apartment sleeps six. The beds and mattresses are good, and our backs didn't hurt. Clean linens and towels were provided, along with basic toiletries, enough cutlery, plates and glasses, and a hairdryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, which is very convenient. Internet is good. Conclusion The apartment is located near Paris and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Despite some drawbacks and local peculiarities, it may be an acceptable option if you plan to spend only evenings and nights there and explore the city during the day. The floor was covered with a greasy film that was unpleasant to walk on barefoot, and the room smelled damp. The kitchen was very small, making it difficult to cook in, although it was possible if necessary. The shelf in the refrigerator is broken. The apartment overlooks the roadway and park, where young people gather in the evenings, listening to loud music and shouting. This disrupts the peace and quiet and can interfere with sleep. The area seemed unsafe: there are many homeless people, it's dirty, and the evenings are noisy.
