Neu Suites by Serenity Signature Suites

NOTHING BEATS THE HOSPITALITY AT NEU SUITES...NOTHING! From the beginning they were very communicative and on top of everything. I've been traveling for 14 months straight so I know that this is always a good sign! They gave me very clear instructions and answered every question I had in depth! The rooftop views are STUNNING!!!! Also loved that I could use the gym and pool!! The bed was comfortable, there was insane city views, hot shower with great pressure, the kitchenette had just what I needed. I loved that there was a fan and an AC option as I felt the AC maybe gave me a little cold because it blows directly at you. No noisy neighbors, didn't hear much from the street outside, it felt very safe. Get this, I extended my stay so I got a complimentary room clean, I received a text from New Suites that they found some cash when they were cleaning and took a picture of the money and sent it to me so I could find it when I got back. If that doesn't tell you about the integrity of this company, I don't know what will!

The location is a bit far but there is a bus and metro station nearby. Oh and of course you can always GRAB! I wish the rooftop had WIFI ( but that's not their fault LOL...just saying)

I was very concerned once I booked and read additional reviews on this location. but the hosts (Sakib and Mamun) assured me I would be impressed by their facility and room. They were always very pleasant, patient and calm with me. The room was well laid out and provided enough space to move around. Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom was very clean. The view from the room was amazing, especially during the night. I could see the skyline from my window! I felt safe in my room and on premises, there was always a security officer around. I enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant and picked up a few things at the conveniene store down stairs. I would definitely recommend this place for travellers on a budget who also want to be comfortable.

The hot water in the shower could have been a little hotter, but thats just my personal preference.

De kamer zelf en de prijs

De locatie, de receptie, de gangen en het personeel. De gangen stinken verschrikkelijk naar riool, de liften zijn veelste volgepropt, de gangen zijn echt smerig en kan voor velen als eng worden beschouwd. De kamer daarentegen is wel echt waar voor je geld. Ik had 20,- per nacht betaald voor 2 nachten, de kamer zelf is het waard, de rest eromheen absoluut niet. De badkamer en toilet en kamer zijn schoon, dus voor die prijs kan je niets zeggen
