Easy access to the amenities.
The only downside is the wait for the lift during peak hour but it’s bearable

Disconnect between security & owner of apartment during check-in.
Instructions from owner on collection of keys was a JOKE!
No secure storage of luggage for early arrival. Instead have to drag the luggage around the whole of KL until check-in!
No coffee or tea provided.
No kitchen paper towel provided
No extra rubbish bag provided
Air conditioner in bedroom not cold enough
Holder in bathroom not enough
No shower screen, water everywhere

Easy to access to local shopping malls/ attractions
Terrible stuff, parking is worst, on the ad it says with parking but it's just visitor parkings and first come first serve, no parking on road side as fully parked. Need to walk miles away to find a carpark in midnight is not fun at all.
Only provide 2 towels for the whole 5 days stay and no one cleaning the room during my stay. Waiting for the lift is chaos. Especially when business hours
