The room was decently clean and had a lot of the necessities needed for a seamless stay. I liked how hands on and accommodating the staff were...they made sure our laundry was done because the washing machine flooded the place and couldn't be used. They handled the issue very well. The room was comfortable and just right for the price.

The lift in the hotel is quite slow and usually takes a long time when rooms are fully booked. We also had a neighbor who was smoking and it made our room unbreathable for a time, but they handled it eventually.

I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. The entire experience felt professional from start to finish. I was especially impressed by the management company; the manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to everything I needed, which made a huge difference during my stay. The apartment itself looked like it did in the photos with no hidden surprises, and all the necessary amenities were provided as promised. The building facilities are great, particularly the observation deck which offers stunning views and is a great place to relax. It’s also very convenient having several cafes right in the building — one of them serves international cuisine and excellent coffee — plus there is a mini-mart on-site for daily essentials. The location is convenient enough and very close to a decent mall with a grocery store, which made everything much easier.

The only downside for me was simply not being used to living in such a massive high-rise building. The wait times for the elevators and the sheer volume of people were quite stressful for me personally. If you aren't used to high-density living, it’s something to be prepared for!

There’s no living room in the apartment, just rooms with a walk way. Beds, bedsheets and towels are old and “smelly”. Although there’s a number of lift but was very crowded and took long times to get the lift service. The roof top area although are nice but the toilet area was super smelly and full of urine odour.
