Neu Suites Junior Suite By Serenity Homes Next to Gleneagles & LRT

The room was good for a short term stay, clean and cozy, surprisingly not too loud either. Was easy to sleep and get rest.

The location wasn’t very convenient and waiting for lifts was a drag. But this is more of a criticism of being situated in a massive residential complex like NEU suites than the actual room itself, which was ideal for a short term stay.

STUDIO B 1. dekat dengan bandar kl 2. selesa kena dengan harga 3. facilities dalam bilik semua bagus siap ada microwave/kettle/TV(netflix and macam²)/aircond/kipas/lampu/almari 4. urusan check-in dan check out sangat² mudah 5. parking reserved 1 malam RM10 amatlah memudahkan 6. agent sangat² bagi respon yang bagus setiap kali bertanya 7. kalau lapar pagi malam, kedai makan ada kat bawah memang tak kebulur

STUDIO B 1. bilik agak sedikit kecil 2. tingkap ada 2 tapi rasa kedap ye(1 dalam toilet, 1 lagi tutup by langsir tapi tingkap yang menghadap dinding) 3. anak² lipas banyak ye dalam bilik dan luar bilik 4. lift agak lembab tapi dekat lift dah ada tulis pick hour bila 5. first time datang sini so tak tahu yang lift 1/2/3 untuk tingkat bawah dan atas. lift 4/5/6 untuk tingkat middle

The location, next to a mall and easy to use the bus to get into the centre

When we arrived it was chaotic as the electrics had cut out meaning no lift, this can’t be helped but people were pushing constantly. We decided to use the stairs, when we got into the room, there was left over food in the fridge. The room was tiny and the TV didn’t work very well. The bathroom was mouldy but we couldn’t leave the windows open otherwise it would become full of ants. Unfortunately the pool didn’t seem to be cleaned, the first time my partner used it, he got an ear infection.
