Property exceeded my expectations. Very central location in town coukd walk e erywhere. Shaun was so very friends and heloful. Access to full kitchen to do your own breakfast. Lovely conservatory at the back. Over a thai restaurant but nó noise or odours. Ate there one night. Very good reasonable food and so convenient.. LOVED my stay at Listowel B would happily come back !
One part of kitchen on draining board was grubby and bin needed emptying. Otherwise quite clean.

Clean room nice bed
Left waiting at door for ages abd had to ring for ages and entrance hall full of stuff shoes and paint . My daughters room
Was cancelled without contact and wouldn’t answer phone to my daughter during the week. We were going to wedding and they had nowhere to stay only a kind b&b owner took them in. Shared bathroom with other rooms not great idea either
