Relaxing and perfect.

The property was spotless, comfortable and perfectly equipped for every eventuality. I was never in want of anything. Marleen had left supplies of milk and bread and some snacks as well as cereal, tea, coffee etc. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for my mum who has dementia as it gave her her own area with the walk in shower and toilet close by. It’s close to a shop and bar/resteraunt in Ballyduff and only 15min drive from Ballybunion a must see. Perfect location to be close to Tralee without being caught up in the business of the town.

That I had to leave so soon!!! It was honestly a home from home and my 2 kids loved that there was a second space upstairs for them to relax away from the adults. We will 100% be back.

Property was further out of Tralee than we expected … not well marked! We couldn’t seem to adjust the hot water in the shower.

If you are looking to have a vacation with location and comfort, then this is a place to go.

The Wonderful lady left some breakfast stuff for us, such as bread, milk and cereal. So we made breakfast for ourselves. The house was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable. I could not recommend this place highly enough. The owners are very warm and welcoming.

Murphys Farmhouse was well located on a farm and so was very quiet.

My only wish would have been a freezer with the fridge. Ice would have been nice to have.

Wonderful self catering experience

Lovely house in a great central location for a Kerry break. Marlene is friendly, polite and a great hostess. The house is well furnished and immaculately kept with lots of amenities that we would have never expected from a normal self catering. Great for children of all ages.

Marlene was so kind and helpful! She helped us out when my father was sick and had to stay behind on one of our excursions. She also gave us lovely tips on sites! If we could have stayed here our whole trip, would have!

Superb

The property itself is a lovely open space. All bedrooms are a great size. Two sitting room areas with comfortable couches and TVs. Marlene met us on arrival and is a stones throw away from the property in case you need anything. When we arrived she had left us the essentials (bread, milk, tea, coffee and some snacks. A lovely touch) She also brought me over a lovely bottle of wine as a birthday gift, very generous and friendly lady.

Lovely spacious farmhouse, very clean with all the necessities provided. Fabulous location in Kerry, peaceful and quiet within driving distance to towns and villages. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and were there to help with anything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great holiday!

The house is beautiful and so clean and well equipped with all the essentials needed and treats. The host Marlene and her husband were very friendly, attentive and quick to respond if we needed something. The house is clutter and ornament free so perfect for a toddler who usually wants to pull things down. There was nothing breakable within reach. Safe for young kids. We had 2 couples and 2 young toddlers. Good Internet signal and a good TV.

Lovely house in Kerry - handy 20 minute drive to Tralee

House was spacious and clean. Great size kitchen. Plenty of parking. Washing machine there but didn't need to use it. Nice quiet location. Has all the facilities you have at home. Provided nice touches like milk, bread, Kerrygold butter, crisps and bars of chocolate - which were all much appreciated. Beautiful big modern gas cooker which ran out of gas and owners were prepared to do 10 mile round trip to get replacement gas which we said no to. Owners very kindly cooked our fry next door in their own home and brought it into us. We were delighted we didn't have to cook. Very nice people who went out of their way for us even though we were travelling with a big Dubs emblazoned bus as we were there for Kerry v Dublin match in Tralee. Absolutely lovely people and we would all stay again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend staying at this house. It's gorgeous!
