Quirky Modern Apartment in Kerry

Very central to everything, super place to stay. Clean and tidy, beds very comfortable.

Bit of smell on the stairway, could do with air freshener, to prevent smell.

Appartamentino su più livelli in casa storica in centro al paese con grande supermercato proprio di fronte all'ingresso. Le stanze ed il living erano adeguati ma gli arredi poco funzionali per lo spazio a disposizione. Ad esempio il divano con la chaise longue intralciava l'utilizzo del tavolo da pranzo come il tavolino sovradimensionato davanti ad esso. La dotazione della cucina comprendeva anche lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Non abbiamo incontrato i proprietari ma si sono rivelati molto disponibili nel fornirci degli ulteriori asciugamani che avevamo richiesto.

Nelle stanze mancavano armadi per poter gestire i bagagli, tranne nella matrimoniale. Il bagno piccolo e scomodo, assolutamente da ristrutturare. Da tener presente le numerose e ripide scale per accedere all'appartamento e alle stanze. Infine non risultava molto curato nelle finiture. L'ingresso, in comune con un negozio, risultava trascurato e poco accogliente. Parcheggio a pagamento in strada nelle vicinanze.

Logement bien équipé idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants

Le logement est vieillissant, la salle de bain est à refaire : cuvette des toilettes abîmé, la peinture se décolle, les joints de la douche sont noirs. Les fenêtres de toits sont à changer, pas d’isolation phonique …

Town centre apartment, above a shop. The entrance stairwell was a bit dirty but apart from that it it was a perfectly fine stay. The apartment is a bit dated but for the price, it was very good value and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a short trip to Kerry for a family wedding. Town centre and walkable to shops / cafes / restaurants and right over the road from a decent supermarket. We were able to get everything we needed on foot. You can't park outside but we easily found parking in the area and the parking charges were minimal, just a couple of Euro overnight.

Clean the stairwell - it gave a bad first impression.
