Our vacation rental is located in the center of Wallenfels. Surrounded by forested mountains and traversed by the “Wilde Rodach” River, this recreational destination offers a variety of leisure activities.
The Accommodation
Two separate bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed
Living room with Smart TV and balcony, direct access to the garden with cozy wooden seating
Fully equipped kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle
Bathroom with shower and toilet

Bicycle garage for two bicycles
Additional important information
In addition to the numerous and well-maintained hiking trails, the many bike paths and mountain bike trails—some of which even run along the “Wilde Rodach”—are also worth mentioning. The raft trips on the Wilde Rodach, which take place every other Saturday from early May through mid-September, are especially recommended.
The nearby bakery is just a 2-minute walk away. In addition to numerous shopping options (groceries, household goods/decor, beverages, etc.) and recreational activities (tennis, swimming pool, hiking, biking, etc.), Wallenfels also offers plenty of culinary delights. The “gstopftn Rumm” are particularly sought-after and have become very well-known in Wallenfels. They’re also the reason why our beautiful Wallenfels ranks among the 100 best culinary destinations in Bavaria. So trying the “Rumm” is an absolute must! They are served with various dishes by most local restaurants from October through April. Come by and see for yourself. During your stay, you’re welcome to ask for more information about all recreational activities and culinary specialties at our tourist information office, which is also located in the town center.
You have the opportunity to fish in a private fishing area (Wilde Rodach).
